Throughout her career, she has managed large-scale technology transformation and modernization initiatives for Fortune 500 companies, global banking leaders, and the aerospace and defense industries. Her expertise spans projects from multimillion-dollar efforts to multibillion-dollar initiatives, consistently demonstrating exceptional leadership and mission-driven results.
As the President & CEO of LaunchTech, Quates has led the company to national acclaim. LaunchTech, a 3x Inc.5000 honoree, has been recognized among the top 10 fastest-growing woman-owned firms and one of the top 100 fastest-growing veteran-owned companies by Inc. and Syracuse University’s Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF).
Quates serves on the board of the National Veterans Small Business Coalition (NVSBC) and advisory boards for the University of Alabama, Alabama A&M, and Villa Maria College, among others. Her company also founded the Launching Scholars initiative, offering girls scholarships to attend STEM camps across the country.
