Pauline McKeown is the newly elected Vice President of Training and Certification for the Buffalo PMI Chapter. With over 20 years of experience successfully transforming challenging projects into smoothly running operations, Pauline brings a wealth of expertise in leveraging PMI knowledge and Agile methodologies to drive innovation and efficiency in projects.
As the founder of Jaza Solutions, a Project Management Training and Consulting company, she has helped many professionals achieve certifications such as the Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), equipping them with the skills and confidence to advance in their careers. She has also worked as a consultant in establishing PMOs, scaling Agile, and leading process improvement initiatives for organizations.
Pauline holds several prestigious certifications, including PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, and CSPO, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Currently serving as an Agile Practitioner at M&T Bank, her experience spans government, healthcare, hospitality, and beyond, demonstrating the adaptability of project management expertise across industries.
