With over 20 years of invaluable experience, Kristen has partnered with renowned global brands like Beam Suntory, Clorox, Google, and Walt Disney. Her infectious energy and can-do attitude inspire individuals to unlock their creative potential and collaborate effectively. Kristen is an instructor for the Master of Science program in Creativity and Change Leadership at Buffalo State University, where she also earned her MSc. As a former Director of the Creative Problem Solving Institute and founder of Mindcamp Canada, she has a wealth of expertise in fostering creativity. To keep her own creativity sharp, Kristen completed the Improvisation Program at Second City in Toronto—because who says learning can't be fun? Whether through engaging training programs, impactful keynote speeches, or collaborative problem-solving sessions, Kristen crafts customized initiatives that empower teams to innovate and excel.
