About me
I am a people's person. I have a lot of patience with people and have the ability to build good rapport with most people. Mostly, I can handle difficult situations amicably. I take pride in my communication skills.
I have worked in information technology for over 15 years. I have been using computers for 24 years. I have developed websites and computer applications using Java technologies.
I also have worked in retail, including a cell phone store: also owning one, as well as dealt with customers in a technical environment as well. I am an excellent driver, cook and photographer. I like to read nonfiction books, as well as articles on health care related topics.
Quite a few ancestors ago my family members moved from Germany and Africa to Sarinh, India. My mom's maternal grandparents owned a lot of agricultural land there. When the British divided subcontinent India into Pakistan and Hindustan, some of them migrated to Pakistan including my maternal grandparents. My paternal grandfather owned a big store in Delhi, India, where he would sell fabrics as well as he had eight tailors working for him. People will buy fabric and get it stitched from them. He also was a British contractor for tailoring uniforms for them. My both paternal grandparents also chose to live in Pakistan. It amazes me to think what a fortune my all four grandparents and their kids had left behind to move to a new country that they thought they will have a better lives.
Here are a few places where I have a web presence, though I still have to upload my work from recent years.
